Founder and CEO

Floriza Genautis is the principal and founder of Management Business Solutions a minority company and is certified Micro Local Business Enterprise (LBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Management Business Solutions (MBS) a staffing firm / recruiting agency, founded in 2006 to provide practical, cost-effective, and customized employment solutions to local and nationwide clients alike. Our intentionally designed process allows us to find the right candidate for each position.  With a historic and strong focus on identifying and representing diverse talents, MBS staff has over 50 years of combined experience in recruiting, staffing, interviewing, and sourcing – all key components in designing customized staffing solutions to meet our clients’ needs.  Our focus area for staffing deliverables ranges from office clerical, to supervisory and management roles up to the C-Suite.

Floriza has over thirty years of specialization in the professional staffing industry including over twenty-five years of experience in the accounting, finance and human resources in education, manufacturing and service industry. Her previous professional responsibilities include comprehensive background in accounting, human resources management, benefits administration, and computer/network administration. Floriza possesses a BS in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Application from De La Salle University, Philippines.

Prior to calling Grand Rapids her home; she recruited for technology companies in Silicon Valley, CA working with companies as Hewlett Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, Applied Materials, McAfee, and Nike. Her strength and expertise in Technology, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Service, Furniture, Non-Profit and Automotive Industry gives her the foresight and understanding to find the ideal professional staffing solutions for her clients. MBS is also skilled in attracting diverse talents thru active participation with various diversity organization and multiple award recognitions for diversity initiatives.
