- Negotiated rates to third-party organizations
- DISC and/or Myers Briggs Assessments
- Reference check of the selected candidate
- Background check with a 7-year criminal history, social security number verification, and education verification
- 5-panel drug test
- Credit check, DMV report, and others upon request
