Milton H. Roye, Jr. is the Director of Executive Recruiting at Management Business Solutions. Milton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA; and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Boston, MA. Milton’s strengths and expertise in the C-Suite, Engineering and Technology, Program Management, Marketing, and Sales and Business Development, gives him the foresight and understanding to find the ideal professional staffing solutions for his clients’ executive leadership needs.
A serial intrapreneur and entrepreneur, Milton has led or been involved with five start-ups and four customer-turnarounds over the last 20+ years. He has held multiple executive-level positions with American and overseas-based companies, focusing on business growth and change management, strategic/market planning and implementation, and the commercialization and implementation of new technologies.
His background includes executive leadership positions with global companies (General Motors / Delphi Automotive; Tata Components of India; WICOR Group of Switzerland); small-to-midsize US-based companies; and not-for-profit organizations. Milton has served as a member of the Corporation (Board of Trustees) for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); and on three of the Corporation’s advisory committees for the MIT School of Engineering.
He also served on the MBA & Master’s in Management Programs Advisory Board of Walsh College, Troy, MI. He currently serves on the Education Fund Board of the Michigan League of Conservation Voters. He is a co-chair of the MI Innovation Alliance; and a co-founder and past Board Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum Great Lakes.
