A local staffing and recruiting agency is expanding its services for job candidates and businesses through the launch of a new division.
Wyoming-based Management Business Solutions said it is adding a division called CROSSROADS to its firm. It will have two service tracks: assisting candidates with career guidance and helping businesses support employees through virtual and in-person workshops and seminars.
Amy Marshall, co-owner and co-founder of CROSSROADS, said the division will “help candidates take the next steps in their career while helping them address internal and external barriers to employment and/or advancement.”
In addition to candidate services, CROSSROADS offers clients an array of workshops and seminars that MBS said have been requested frequently over the past several years. Topics will include succession planning strategies, how to create an internship program, rethinking hiring strategies, filling the talent pipeline and more — all strategies that MBS has used to help clients with employee retention and growth strategies over the past 15 years.
Floriza Genautis, CROSSROADS CEO and co-founder, as well as principal and founder of MBS, said the organization is “excited” to be expanding its portfolio of resources for clients.
“These workshops, webinars and seminars will help (clients’) personnel develop their own growth strategies or help not-for-profits plan and better manage their professional development,” Genautis said. “With a cost-effective, a la carte approach, everyone can get what they want at an affordable hourly or per-person rate. Sometimes, you don’t need all of the bells and whistles; you just need direct answers.”
