Management Business Solutions Opens Executive Office Suites

ND RAPIDS, MI. January 10, 2023 – Management Business Solutions (MBS) is announcing the opening of the newly renovated Executive Offices / Co-Working Suites at its Wyoming headquarters. Purchased and initially renovated five (5) years ago, MBS has re-renovated a portion of its building to address the growing need for executive offices for small businesses and remote workers. This co-working layout will allow private spaces without the distractions of working full-time at home or long commutes to traditional offices.
CEO and Founder Floriza Genautis remarked, “So many of our community partners and fellow CEOs have commented on the lack of affordable and spacious executive office space around the city, with onsite parking and a sense of community. The shift in office definition and post-COVID office needs has enabled us to be a part of the solution, offering six partially furnished executive suites. These will include a shared conference room, kitchen area, and free parking. We are excited by the idea of helping other small businesses find a “good home”, and having new “neighbors” in our building. Our spaces will go on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.”
The MBS Executive Co-Working Suites are located in the MBS office building at 2935 Buchanan Ave SW, Wyoming, MI. This premier location – situated off US131 and 28th interchange – is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Grand Rapids. The Executive Co-Working Suites will range in pricing, and offer different leasing options to fit all needs.
